Our quality is among the very highest in the industry and we are now able to offer LIFETIME GUARANTEE on all items purchased on or after July 15th, 2021 on EOS.WORLD only. Please note that we do not offer lifetime guarantee on any items purchased outside of our own website. Receipt must be presented to use the lifetime guarantee. The guarantee covers the following:
- Broken string or elastic
- Cracked beads
Please note that the guarantee does not cover plating issues, or discoloration/damage of beads, fur, metal and leather. If the broken item is missing parts you will be charged for the replacement of these and the item will ship after repair and after receiving payment from you from both the missing parts if so and the shipping costs back to you. If you have a repair, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for details on how to process your repair. Once we have received your repair at our office, we are not able to store your item for longer than 90 days.
If you wish to return an item for repair or exchange, we are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund or send you a new item if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
